청소년과 함께 꿈꾸는 탁틴내일

엑팟코리아(탁틴내일) 후원, GSGT(Good Students and Good Teachers) 주최

제 1회 2017 국제 클린 미디어 콘퍼런스가  2017년 8월 9일

서울 성동 광진 교육청 4층 대강당에서 개최되었습니다. 

The 2017 International Clean Media Conference was held by the GSGT(Good Students and Good Teachers) 

at the auditorium of Seoul Seongdong Gwangjin District Office of Educational Support on August the 9th 2017.

The event was sponsored by ECPAT Korea(Tacteennaeil).

180명이 넘는 일본, 대만, 홍콩의 국내의 학생과 선생님들이 컨퍼런스에 참가하여

청소년의 미디어 사용 실태의 문제점와 해결방안을 모색하는 자리였습니다.

엑팟코리아(탁틴내일)은 이번 행사를 후원함과 동시에 온라인 아동성착취 근절 캠페인을 벌였습니다.

Over 180 students and teachers from Japan, Taiwan and Hong Kong as well as South Korea

participated in the conference, discussing problems and solutions of adolescents' media use.

In addition to sponsoring the event, ECPAT Korea staged a campaign against online child sexual exploitation.

GSGT(Good Students Good Teachers)는 학생과 초중고교 선생님들이 모여 

10대 청소년들의 건강한 문화를 목표로 

2002년부터 활동하고 있습니다.

엑팟코리아(탁틴내일)과 GSGT는 2002년부터

학생 정책 겨루기 대회, 온라인 유해 광고 삭제를 위한 국회 청원운동 등을 함께 해오며

아동들의 목소리를 듣고 아동의 참여를 돕는 일을 지속해오고 있습니다.

A group of elementary, middle or high school teachers and students

gathered together to form the GSGT(Good Students and Good Teachers) in 2002

to promote a healthy culture for teenagers.

ECPAT Korea(Tacteennaeil) and GSGT have been campaigning in support of

adolescents since 2002. We have collaborated on many projects  

such as student policy debates, a petition drive for protecting adolescents from online adult advertisements

to draw attention to the voice of children and encourage them to participate.

이번 행사를 후원한 탁틴내일의 이현숙 대표님이

기조강연을 맡아 온라인을 통해 더욱 용이해지고 있는 아동성범죄 실태에 대해 발표했습니다.

As a sponsor of the GSGT,

Executive Director of ECPAT Korea(Tacteennaeil) Lee Hyun-sook took part in the occasion

and delivered a keynote lecture on the rampant sexual violence against child online.

드디어 본격적 토론시간!

학생들은 청소년을 위한 안전한 미디어를 환경을 조성하기 위해 각각 주제를 선정해

똑 부러지는 발표를 선보였습니다.

사이버 폭력, 대중가요의 선정적 가사, 웹툰의 선정성 및

성인물임에도 청소년이 내용의 일부를 볼 수 있도록 허용하는 포털 사이트들의 정책 등을

비판하며 자가 규제 및 정부의 규제를 촉구했습니다.

Now it is time for the debate!

Each group of students gave presentations on how to make a safer media environment for adolescents.

Some students condemned the inappropriate lyrics of popular music.

Others criticized the suggestive content often found in a range of webtoons, South Korean webcomics.

They argued that websites providing webtoons also should be held responsible for allowing minors to

peep into adult content.

홍콩, 일본에서 오신 선생님들이 축하공연을 펼치기도 했습니다.

Teachers from Hong Kong and Japan staged performances.

다음 번에는 아시아를 넘어 더 많은 국가들이

제 2회, 3회 클린 미디어 컨퍼런스에 참가해

청소년을 위한 건전한 미디어 문화 장려에 모두가 함께 노력하는 모습을

볼 수 있기를 기대합니다. 

We expect more countries across the globe to participate in next rounds of the Clean Media Conference

so that the whole world can work together to promote a healthy media environment for adolescents.

엑팟코리아는 청소년들이 직접 검토하고 제안한 정책들이 실제로 국가정책에 잘 반영될 수 있도록

지속적으로 노력할 것입니다.

ECPAT Korea is going to make persistent efforts to ensure that

the policies made and reviewed by adolescents themselves

are reflected in government policies in the future.
